Portland Timbers

Cutdown of some recent work for the Portland Timbers. As (former) Portland residents, we were excited to partner with city soccer legends, to celebrate their tenth year as a franchise in the Rose City. Showing the evolution of the Timbers jersey over the past decade on their star player, Diego Chara, we had a lot of fun on this. From wandering through a rainy, empty soccer field at night to understand the structure of the building to reading the embossed neck tape of each jersey, this production was equal parts animation and love letter to the city that is so passionate about this team.
